M365 & AI Administrator

PrePass is seeking a full-time M365 & AI Administrator to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona, and take ownership of our Microsoft 365 infrastructure while driving AI adoption across the organization.

About the Role

This role is central to PrePass's digital operations and emerging AI strategy. You'll manage our complete Microsoft 365 environment—from cloud identity and collaboration tools to governance and security—while evaluating and implementing AI solutions that enhance productivity and capability. The ideal candidate combines hands-on Microsoft 365 expertise with curiosity about AI technologies and a commitment to keeping our systems secure, performant, and aligned with business objectives.

What You'll Do

• Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 services including Azure Active Directory, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams
• Configure security policies, manage user access, and maintain compliance with industry standards and data protection requirements
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement updates and patches across the Microsoft 365 platform
• Evaluate new AI tools and platforms that align with business needs; coordinate pilot programs and rollouts
• Provide technical guidance and training to end users on M365 and AI applications
• Collaborate with IT leadership and business stakeholders to align technology decisions with organizational goals

What You Bring

• 3+ years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 or Office 365 environments
• Strong technical knowledge of Azure AD/Entra ID, Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams
• Proven expertise in security configuration, user management, and compliance settings
• Familiarity with AI tools, generative AI platforms, or AI governance (certifications or demonstrated learning welcome)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to document processes clearly
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Microsoft 365 Administrator certification or equivalent demonstrated expertise
