About the Role

As a Porsche Lifestyle Ambassador based in Bugis, you are the human face of the brand. You create compelling connections between Porsche and our community through genuine engagement, curated events, and first-class customer experiences. This is not a traditional sales role—it's an opportunity to be a brand steward who shapes perceptions, builds lasting relationships, and celebrates the Porsche lifestyle with authentic enthusiasm across Singapore's vibrant Central region.

Responsibilities

• Represent Porsche at showroom events, private functions, and exclusive brand experiences throughout Singapore
• Engage with prospective and existing customers to share brand heritage, product knowledge, and the Porsche lifestyle philosophy
• Provide exceptional hospitality and support to visitors at the Bugis location, ensuring every interaction reflects brand excellence
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to enhance customer experience and drive brand visibility in Central Singapore
• Attend automotive events, launches, and community activities as a Porsche representative
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback to support business development

Who We're Looking For

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport
• Genuine enthusiasm for luxury brands, automobiles, or premium lifestyle sectors
• Polished appearance and refined demeanour befitting a high-end brand ambassador
• Strong cultural awareness and ability to engage diverse clientele in Singapore's cosmopolitan marketplace
• Availability for flexible, scheduled part-time hours, including potential evening and weekend commitments
• Reliability, discretion, and a service-oriented mindset
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin, Malay, or Tamil is advantageous
