- Monitor course performance metrics and learner feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Oversee the end-to-end course production process, from conception through launch and iteration
- Lead cross-functional teams including content creators, engineers, and designers to deliver excellence
- Ensure courses meet Platzi's quality standards and align with learner needs and industry trends
What You Bring
- Proven experience directing, managing, or leading educational courses, programs, or learning initiatives
- Strong understanding of online education, pedagogy, or instructional design principles
- Excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to analyze data and learning metrics to inform decision-making
- Fluency in Spanish and English; excellent written and verbal communication
- Passion for education and commitment to learner success
- Experience in a fast-paced, startup or scale-up environment is a plus
