Product Manager

Join Plaisio Computers S.A. as a Product Manager in our Magoula, Attica office. We're seeking an experienced product leader to shape our digital offerings and drive customer value in the technology retail market.

Position Summary

As Product Manager at Plaisio Computers S.A., you'll own the strategy, development, and launch of digital products and services. Based in Magoula, Attica, this full-time role combines market insight with cross-functional leadership to deliver solutions that meet customer needs and business objectives. You'll work directly with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to define roadmaps, prioritize features, and measure product success.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities in the technology retail sector
• Gather and prioritize customer requirements, translating insights into product specifications
• Partner with engineering and design teams to oversee product development from concept to launch
• Establish success metrics and KPIs; monitor performance and iterate based on data
• Lead cross-functional collaboration between product, sales, marketing, and operations
• Manage product lifecycle and post-launch optimization

Qualifications

• Proven experience in product management, preferably in technology, e-commerce, or retail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making capability
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience defining product requirements and collaborating with technical teams
• Understanding of market dynamics and user-centered design principles
• Degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
