The Opportunity
This full-time position offers the chance to lead creative dubbing projects that bring entertainment content to audiences worldwide. What You'll Do
- Direct voice talent through recording sessions, providing detailed creative feedback and performance coaching
- Oversee script adaptation and localization to maintain narrative authenticity and cultural relevance
- Manage dubbing production schedules and coordinate with internal and external creative teams
- Monitor audio engineering quality standards to ensure professional-grade output across all projects
- Develop casting strategies for voice roles, selecting talent that matches character requirements and production vision
- Collaborate with producers and studio partners to understand creative briefs and deliver aligned final products
- Lead post-production audio reviews and quality assurance processes from conception through delivery
Requirements
- Proven experience directing dubbing or voice-over productions in a professional media environment
- Deep knowledge of Korean language, culture, and performance conventions
- Strong leadership and communication skills across cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with digital audio tools and studio production workflows
- Excellent ear for performance quality, timing, and scriptwriting nuance
- Project management capabilities with ability to meet tight production deadlines
