Revenue Operations Director

PhotoShelter is seeking a Revenue Operations Director to join our team in a full-time, remote position serving United States operations. This is an opportunity to lead strategic initiatives across our revenue organization, driving efficiency and growth across sales, marketing, and customer success functions.

What This Role Involves

As Revenue Operations Director, you'll take ownership of the systems, processes, and data infrastructure that fuel PhotoShelter's revenue growth. You'll work at the intersection of sales, marketing, and customer success to streamline workflows, implement best practices, and ensure cross-functional alignment. This role demands both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, blending financial acumen with operational excellence to optimize our go-to-market engine.

Core Duties

• Design and implement revenue operations strategies that strengthen alignment between sales, marketing, and customer success teams
• Build and maintain the systems architecture that supports customer data, pipeline management, and reporting
• Oversee sales and marketing analytics, creating dashboards and insights that inform business decisions
• Manage the revenue operations budget and forecasting processes
• Lead process improvements and automation initiatives to increase team productivity
• Partner with department heads to establish KPIs, quotas, and success metrics
• Ensure CRM and data management systems remain optimized and accurate

Who We're Looking For

• 5+ years of revenue operations, sales operations, or similar leadership experience
• Proven track record designing and scaling revenue operations functions
• Advanced proficiency with CRM platforms, revenue intelligence tools, and business analytics software
• Strong SQL knowledge and comfort working with data pipelines
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence across organizational levels
• Strategic mindset paired with attention to operational detail
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, mathematics, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
