Role Overview

As a Pre-Sales Specialist, you'll be instrumental in guiding prospective customers through their digital transformation journey using Dynamics 365 and AI-powered solutions. Working closely with our sales team, you'll uncover customer needs, architect compelling solution propositions, and build confidence that Phoenix Software delivers measurable value.

Core Duties

• Conduct detailed discovery conversations with prospects to understand their business processes, pain points, and strategic objectives
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations that showcase Dynamics 365 capabilities and AI-driven automation opportunities
• Develop solution architectures and proof-of-concept approaches that align with customer requirements
• Articulate the business case for digital transformation, translating technical features into tangible ROI and operational outcomes
• Collaborate with sales, technical, and delivery teams to accelerate deal progression and set customers up for successful implementation
• Stay current with the latest Dynamics 365 features, AI capabilities, and industry best practices

Who We're Looking For

• Proven experience with Dynamics 365 solutions and genuine familiarity with AI/automation within the Microsoft ecosystem
• Strong ability to translate technical concepts into language that resonates with business stakeholders
