The Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Lead who is passionate about ensuring product quality and mentoring QA teams. In this role, you'll take ownership of quality strategy, testing frameworks, and the delivery of robust software solutions. You'll work collaboratively with development, product, and operations teams to establish testing best practices and deliver reliable products to our users.
What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor QA team members, providing guidance on testing methodologies and career development
- Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and test cases across multiple projects
- Oversee manual and automated testing efforts, ensuring thorough coverage and timely execution
- Identify, document, and track quality issues, defects, and risks throughout the development lifecycle
- Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and define quality acceptance criteria
- Establish and maintain quality metrics, reporting on test results and quality trends
- Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and automation frameworks
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices across the organization
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Lead or similar leadership role
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, QA processes, and quality assurance frameworks
- Experience with both manual and automated testing tools and approaches
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, mentor junior testers, and manage stakeholder relationships
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Familiarity with agile and DevOps environments is preferred
