- Establish best practices for test code quality, maintainability, and CI/CD integration
- Analyze test results, investigate failures, and drive root cause resolution
- Evaluate emerging testing technologies and methodologies to keep our practices current

- Demonstrated experience leading QA automation efforts or managing quality assurance teams
- Strong technical proficiency with test automation frameworks and scripting languages
- Comprehensive knowledge of software testing approaches—functional, integration, regression, and performance testing
- Proven ability to architect automation solutions for complex, scalable systems
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with mentoring experience
