Sr Key Account Manager – Poland (They/She/He)

Join Delivery Hero as a Senior Key Account Manager, based remotely from Warsaw. In this full-time role, you'll lead strategic partnerships with our largest clients, driving growth and deepening relationships that fuel our platform's expansion across Europe.

About the Role

As Senior Key Account Manager, you'll own end-to-end management of our most valuable client partnerships. This is a relationship-led position where your ability to understand client needs, anticipate market shifts, and craft tailored solutions directly impacts both their success and ours. You'll sit at the intersection of sales, operations, and strategy—a role that demands both commercial acumen and collaborative leadership.

Core Duties

• Manage and expand a portfolio of key accounts, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing contracts
• Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with client objectives and Delivery Hero's growth targets
• Serve as the primary point of contact for major accounts, ensuring consistent communication and satisfaction
• Coordinate cross-functional teams—including operations, finance, and product—to deliver integrated solutions
• Negotiate contracts, renewals, and commercial terms to achieve win-win outcomes
• Monitor account health through regular reviews, forecasting, and reporting on key performance indicators
• Build long-term relationships with C-suite and operational stakeholders within client organisations

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven track record managing large-scale accounts in B2B environments, ideally 5+ years in a similar role
• Strong commercial understanding with experience negotiating complex contracts and managing revenue forecasts
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at executive level
• Strategic mindset paired with hands-on execution—you own outcomes, not just relationships
• Fluency in English; additional language skills (Polish, German, etc.) are advantageous
• Experience in logistics, food delivery, e-commerce, or SaaS environments is preferred
