This role combines administrative support with direct exposure to customer relationships, product knowledge, and the sales process within the automation engineering field.

Core Duties

• Assist the sales team with customer enquiries and documentation related to automation technology solutions
• Support preparation of technical proposals, quotations, and sales materials
• Help maintain and organise customer databases and sales records
• Contribute to administrative tasks that enable the team to focus on client relationships
• Participate in trade events, customer presentations, or product demonstrations as needed
• Develop product knowledge in automation technology and industrial applications

What You Bring

• Currently enrolled as a student at a recognised educational institution
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Genuine interest in sales, automation technology, or industrial solutions
• Reliability and willingness to learn in a professional environment
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work flexibly around your academic schedule
