What This Role Involves

As a Werkstudent in our Sales department specialising in automation technology, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting a dynamic sales team. Based in Garching bei München, you'll work flexibly around your academic schedule, engaging with the day-to-day activities of a leading automation technology sales operation within the Bosch Group. This part-time role bridges classroom learning and industry practice, giving you insight into how automation solutions are sold and deployed across industrial sectors.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with administrative tasks and customer communication related to automation technology products and services
• Assist with lead research, market analysis, and identifying prospects interested in automation solutions
• Help prepare sales materials, proposals, and presentations for client meetings
• Contribute to order processing, follow-up coordination, and customer relationship management
• Support the team with event coordination, data organisation, and general sales administration

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled student seeking part-time work experience in a professional environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English
• Genuine interest in automation technology, industrial solutions, or business sales
• Organised, reliable, and proactive in your approach to tasks
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new tools
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when needed
