Installations Administrator | Starts 17th August 2026

Wren Kitchens is recruiting a Full-Time Installations Administrator for our Customer Installation Centre at Barrow Mere, Barton-upon-Humber, starting 17th August 2026. You will be key to connecting customers with our installation services and ensuring every project moves forward efficiently from first contact to completion.

What This Role Involves

Your position bridges our customers, our in-house teams, and the Approved Installers in our network. Working from our Barrow Mere installation hub in Barton-upon-Humber, you will manage the administrative workload that keeps our operation running smoothly, handling enquiries, bookings, and coordination so that kitchen and bedroom installations happen without delay.

Your Responsibilities

• Take and process customer inquiries, routing them to the right department or specialist team
• Book and coordinate installation appointments between our team and Approved Installers
• Record and maintain customer information and installation schedules in our systems
• Address customer questions about their project timeline and installation requirements
• Prepare installation documentation and ensure teams have what they need to proceed
• Coordinate across departments to keep installations on schedule and customers informed

Requirements

• Background in administrative work or direct customer support
• Strong organisational ability to juggle multiple concurrent tasks
• Clear written and spoken communication skills
• Competence with office software, email platforms and scheduling systems
• Genuine focus on customer satisfaction and resolving issues
• Capability to thrive in a team-based, high-volume environment
• Dependability and adaptability in a fast-moving installation setting
