- Handle the drafting and execution of transfer documents and bond-related correspondence
- Manage file administration and ensure compliance with conveyancing timelines and regulatory requirements
- Liaise with third parties to obtain necessary documentation and authorisations
What You Bring
- Admission to practise as an Attorney and Conveyancer in South Africa
- A minimum of 2 years' post-admission experience specifically in conveyancing matters
- Demonstrated competence in both bond registration and property transfer work
- Fluent proficiency in both Afrikaans and English (non-negotiable)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational capabilities
- Admission as a Notary (advantageous but not essential)
