About This Opportunity

We are representing a well-established construction company in Frankfurt that specializes in complex commercial building projects. Our client is seeking a Senior Construction Site Manager (Bauleiter) to lead high-value projects from site setup through handover. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced construction professional to take full ownership of challenging builds while working with a financially stable organization known for quality execution and strong industry relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage demanding commercial construction projects independently from site establishment through successful handover
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and all trades involved in the construction process
• Ensure compliance with schedule, quality standards, and budget parameters
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, architects, specialist planners, and authorities throughout the construction phase
• Monitor construction progress including documentation, change order management, and acceptance of construction services

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree in civil engineering, architecture, or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience as a construction site manager in commercial building, ideally with independent execution of complex projects
• Strong knowledge of VOB (German construction contract procedures) and solid understanding of construction processes and project management
• Excellent organizational skills, assertiveness, and entrepreneurial thinking
• Strong communication abilities, team orientation, and an independent, structured working style
• German language proficiency required for this role
