About This Opportunity

We are representing a well-established construction company in Mannheim that specializes in complex commercial building projects. Our client seeks an experienced Senior Construction Site Manager (m/f/d) to lead high-value building projects from site setup through successful handover. This is an opportunity to take full ownership of challenging construction ventures while working with a financially strong organization known for quality standards and innovative building processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage demanding commercial construction projects independently from site establishment to final delivery
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and all trades involved in the construction process
• Ensure compliance with schedule, quality, and budget requirements throughout project execution
• Serve as primary contact for clients, architects, specialist planners, and authorities during all construction phases
• Monitor construction progress including documentation, change order management, and acceptance of completed work

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree in civil engineering, architecture, or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience as a construction site manager in commercial building, ideally with independent responsibility for complex projects
• Solid knowledge of German construction contract procedures (VOB) and strong understanding of construction workflows and project controls
• Excellent organizational skills, assertiveness, and entrepreneurial thinking
• Strong communication abilities, team collaboration skills, and an independent, structured work approach
• German language proficiency required for this role
