Senior Producer

Responsibilities

We are representing a leading mobile gaming organisation seeking a Senior Producer to oversee live-service development workstreams for a flagship free-to-play title. This remote position (based in GB - London) requires strong production leadership and exceptional attention to detail in a distributed team environment.

You will own the end-to-end production lifecycle for assigned workstreams, managing development from discovery and planning through implementation, QA, release, and post-launch support. Your day-to-day will include:

• Managing multiple concurrent initiatives with shared teams, resources, and shifting priorities
• Translating product strategy into clear, executable development plans
• Building and maintaining integrated schedules, milestone plans, critical paths, risk registers, and dependency maps
• Coordinating development across Product, Game Design, Engineering, Art, Content, Economy, QA, Localization, Analytics, and Live Operations
• Establishing clear ownership, requirements, acceptance criteria, and delivery expectations for major initiatives
• Managing the complete mobile development lifecycle including design alignment, implementation, configuration, integration, QA validation, and release readiness
• Partnering with Live Operations and Release Management to ensure compatibility with LiveOps calendars and release cadence
• Leading the change request process by assessing impact on scope, schedule, capacity, quality, and risk
• Driving prioritization and decision-making, ensuring plans remain aligned with current direction
• Proactively identifying blockers, bottlenecks, gaps in ownership, and delivery risks
• Facilitating milestone reviews, sprint planning, production checkpoints, and cross-functional working sessions
• Maintaining accurate project information across Jira, Airtable, Confluence, and other production systems
• Communicating project status, risks, dependencies, and delivery confidence to senior leadership and development teams
• Supporting post-launch issue triage, player-impacting investigations, and continuous improvement
• Championing improvements to development workflows, production practices, and cross-functional collaboration

What We're Looking For

Our client requires a producer with proven mobile free-to-play or live-service experience who can operate at both strategic and tactical levels.

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in game production, with significant mobile free-to-play or live-service games experience
• Proven experience managing development and delivery of mobile game features, systems, content, or events
• Strong understanding of Live Operations including high-frequency content delivery, live calendars, release cycles, remote configuration, QA validation, and post-launch support
• Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams with complex cross-functional dependencies
• Strong understanding of roadmap planning, milestone management, critical-path tracking, risk management, and change management
• Experience partnering closely with Engineering and technical teams, understanding client/server dependencies, configuration, integration, and mobile release considerations
• Demonstrated ability to manage dependency escalation, negotiate tradeoffs, and create accountability across teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to bring clarity to complex or ambiguous situations
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong sense of ownership for production information quality and accuracy
• Proficiency with Jira, Airtable, Confluence, Google Workspace, or similar project-management systems
• A player-focused mindset and passion for building engaging, polished, continuously evolving mobile game experiences
