Werkstudent / Teilzeit Social Media & Content Creation (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing industrial software client in Berlin who is building their market presence across LinkedIn and Instagram. This is a working student or part-time role focused on social media and content creation, ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience building brand visibility in the B2B SaaS space.

Our client operates in industrial technology and is scaling their solution into international markets. You'll work closely with leadership to shape how the company and its founders are positioned publicly.

Responsibilities

• Develop content for LinkedIn and Instagram covering topics like AI in manufacturing, quality assurance, startup growth, and B2B SaaS
• Support personal branding initiatives for company founders by planning, preparing, and publishing authentic, recognizable content
• Create content in multiple formats: posts, carousels, short videos, stories, images, simple graphics, and behind-the-scenes material
• Think in content series and formats rather than isolated posts; contribute ideas to systematically build reach, relevance, and brand recognition
• Transform internal topics, customer cases, events, product developments, and founder insights into engaging external content

What We're Looking For

• Practical experience in social media, content creation, marketing, or personal branding through internships, working student roles, personal projects, or freelance work
• Strong intuition for how content performs on LinkedIn and Instagram to drive engagement and interaction
• Ability to write clearly, concisely, and audience-appropriately in German; English skills are a plus
• Eye for visual presentation and familiarity with content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar
• Structured, independent, and reliable working style
• Interest in working closely with founders to actively shape content rather than just execute tasks
• Curiosity about startups, B2B SaaS, AI, or industrial topics with enthusiasm for making complex subjects accessible and engaging
• Excellent German language skills required; good English proficiency beneficial
• Based in Berlin or surrounding area with ability to work on-site regularly
