About This Opportunity
We are representing a well-funded software company in the manufacturing technology sector. As a Full Stack Engineer, you'll work on next-generation problems at the intersection of software engineering and AI. This is a chance to build production features end-to-end while collaborating with a small, exceptional team of former founders and startup builders.
Responsibilities
- Build and ship features across the full stack (React/TypeScript frontend and Go backend)
- Own work end-to-end from conception through deployment and iteration
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and customer success teams
- Work on next-generation problems involving AI integration
- Continuously improve the technology stack and development processes
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience shipping production code end-to-end across backend and frontend
- Experience with a statically typed language such as Go, Rust, Java, or C#
- Experience with React or similar modern web frameworks (Vue, Svelte, etc.)
- Based in Germany with the right to work in the country
- Strong ownership mentality and ability to work collaboratively
How We Work With You

Pay
Pay via Get A Job.ai: €65,000 - €100,000 based on experience, plus equity (0.5% - 1%)
