Wir vertreten einen etablierten, international tätigen Mandanten aus dem technischen B2B-Sektor mit Sitz im Raum Düsseldorf – Köln. Unser Auftraggeber sucht eine erfahrene kaufmännische Führungspersönlichkeit (m/w/d), die Finance und Controlling strategisch und operativ verantwortet und die Weiterentwicklung des Unternehmens aktiv mitgestaltet.
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Übernahme der kaufmännischen Gesamtverantwortung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung
- Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung der Bereiche Finance und Controlling mit verlässlicher kaufmännischer Planung
- Führung eines kaufmännischen Teams mit Fokus auf klare Strukturen und effiziente Prozesse
- Vorantreiben der Digitalisierung kaufmännischer Abläufe und Systeme
- Operative Mitarbeit bei Kennzahlenanalysen und Schaffung belastbarer Entscheidungsgrundlagen
Was wir suchen
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer kaufmännischen Führungsposition mit Personalverantwortung
- Fundierte praktische Expertise in Finance und insbesondere Controlling
- Kaufmännisches Verständnis mit der Bereitschaft, neben Strategie auch operativ anzupacken
- Erfahrung im Mittelstand oder vergleichbaren unternehmerisch geprägten Strukturen
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute bis sehr gute Englischkenntnisse; weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
