Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential consulting organization in Düsseldorf that is seeking a passionate HR digitalization intern. In this role, you will:
- Build new HR processes independently in Personio from conception through implementation
- Develop and configure workflows in recruiting, personnel administration, and onboarding
- Support structured maintenance and preparation of employee data
- Challenge existing processes and co-develop innovative solutions
- Assist with implementing AI and new tools in daily HR operations
- Gain exposure to employer branding and internal communications projects
What We're Looking For
- Ideally enrolled in a Master's program, close to graduation, or seeking practical experience post-degree
- Strong IT and AI affinity with ability to learn new tools and systems quickly
- Prior experience with Personio or other HR software is a plus but not required
- Enthusiasm for processes, structures, and digital solutions
- Careful, independent, and reliable work style
- Willingness to question existing workflows and contribute your own ideas
- Good sense of humor
- German language proficiency required for this role
