Growth Marketing Manager (Studio) – Remote

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential publishing technology client in their search for a Growth Marketing Manager to drive adoption of their innovative writing platform. This is a remote role based in the United Kingdom, ideal for a creative marketer who understands the craft of writing and has a proven track record in community-led growth.

Our client has built a unique application that serves tens of thousands of writers daily, helping them develop their craft and publish their work. Your mission will be to scale monthly active users into the millions by tapping into new audiences, implementing referral campaigns, and establishing the platform as an essential tool for authors worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute growth objectives in collaboration with senior leadership
• Leverage the existing user ecosystem through referral campaigns and advocacy programs
• Build and manage a network of affiliates, influencers, and brand partnerships to expand top-of-funnel reach
• Collaborate with content teams to create engaging social media content and organize community events
• Experiment with unproven community growth strategies to tap into new writer audiences
• Convert existing users to the platform while attracting new creative professionals

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of proven experience in growth or product marketing at a fast-paced startup environment
• Knowledge of the craft of writing through personal experience or formal studies
• Demonstrated experience writing branded content for social media and email campaigns
• Hands-on experience with mobile video creation and editing
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and report on performance metrics
• Creative mindset combined with data-driven decision making

Bonus qualifications:

• You've developed your own creative project such as a book, blog, or product
• Fluency in multiple languages
• Ambition, willingness to learn, and a great sense of humor

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: €40,000 – €60,000 annually
