St. Joseph's Care Group is recruiting a Mission Integration Manager in Thunder Bay, Ontario, to strengthen our commitment to Catholic healthcare values and ensure our mission guides every aspect of our operations.

About This Position

This full-time leadership role reports directly to the President & CEO and is central to St. Joseph's Care Group's identity as a Catholic healthcare sponsor. As Mission Integration Manager, you'll champion the integration of Catholic values, ethics, and spiritual care throughout the organisation, ensuring that our faith-based mission informs decision-making, policy development, and day-to-day practice across all departments and facilities.

What You'll Do

Lead mission integration initiatives that align organisational operations with Catholic healthcare principles and teachings
Develop and deliver staff engagement programmes focused on mission awareness and spiritual values
Ensure compliance with Catholic ethical guidelines in clinical practice, research, and pastoral care
Partner with leadership to embed Catholic social teaching into strategic planning and operational decisions
Facilitate dialogue between clinical teams and ethics leadership on mission-related healthcare matters
Support formation and education for staff on the organisation's Catholic mission and values

Who We're Looking For

Strong understanding of Catholic healthcare mission, values, and social teaching
Demonstrated experience in mission integration, organisational development, or healthcare leadership
Excellent communication and change-management skills
Ability to build relationships across clinical and administrative teams
Strategic thinking with the ability to translate mission into measurable organisational outcomes
