About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential fintech organization seeking an Analyst Lead, Application Maintenance & Support to join their DevOps and Application Support team. This role offers the opportunity to provide technical leadership while ensuring the stability and performance of business-critical applications that power financial services infrastructure.

Responsibilities
In this position, you will serve as a technical subject matter expert responsible for maintaining and optimizing complex application environments. Your core responsibilities include:
- Lead troubleshooting and resolution of high-impact application and production support issues
- Perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable corrective actions
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and DevOps teams to support upgrades, enhancements, and defect remediation
- Drive automation initiatives and process improvements to increase operational efficiency
- Monitor application performance and proactively identify opportunities for optimization
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, support procedures, and knowledge base articles
- Ensure compliance with IT governance, security, and operational standards
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members
- Support client implementations, upgrades, and ongoing operational activities
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Extensive experience in application support, production support, DevOps, or related technical disciplines
- Proven experience troubleshooting complex technical issues and driving resolution in enterprise environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis
- Experience working cross-functionally with development, infrastructure, and business teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in a related field
- Experience supporting financial services or fintech applications
- Knowledge of automation tools, scripting, and process optimization methodologies
- Experience leading large-scale application support initiatives or projects
- Familiarity with ITIL practices, change management, and operational governance frameworks
