Social Media Manager (m/f/d)

About This Opportunity

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a well-funded AI technology company in Berlin. They are building advanced voice AI models and need a Social Media Manager to establish and own their LinkedIn presence from the ground up. This is a part-time or working student position (15-20 hours per week) with regular video shoot days in Berlin.

You will take complete ownership of the founders' personal LinkedIn profiles and the company page, transforming technical expertise and customer stories into compelling B2B content. This is a builder role with a strong foundation—not a checklist executor position.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the complete LinkedIn presence: positioning, content strategy, editorial planning, posting, approval workflow, and reporting
• Ghostwrite founder content in English, turning conversations and voice memos into authentic posts that resonate with enterprise decision-makers
• Produce short-form video content from customer projects, founder insights, and product moments during regular Berlin shoot days
• Manage community engagement including comments, DMs, and genuine exchange with B2B audiences in contact centers, enterprise systems, and investment communities
• Track reach, engagement, and inbound requests; test hooks and formats systematically using data-driven decision-making
• Build AI-assisted content workflows from research to drafts to design, maximizing output quality and speed
• Help design employee advocacy programs that turn the team into a reach multiplier through templates, coaching, and incentive mechanisms

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves:

• Demonstrated experience in social media management with B2B/LinkedIn focus—we'd love to see examples or profiles you've grown
• Excellent writing skills in both English and German (founder content is primarily English, audience is European)
• AI-first mindset: you already use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) daily in your content workflow and want to make AI your most important leverage tool
• Data-driven approach to content decisions—you let numbers guide strategy and are willing to pivot based on performance
• Founder-like mentality: you treat this channel like your own product, making independent decisions and prioritizing based on clear goals
• Availability of approximately 15-20 hours per week
• Based in Berlin or nearby for regular video shoots and team collaboration
• If joining as a working student, current enrollment at a university

Nice-to-Haves:

• Ghostwriting experience or a visibly grown LinkedIn presence of your own
• Confident with short-form video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, etc.) or eagerness to learn quickly
• Previous experience in fast-paced startup or deep tech environments
• Experience building content workflows with AI tools or agents

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai depends on your engagement type:

• Working student rate: €17 – €25 per hour
• Part-time rate: €1,600 – €2,200 per month
