Senior Financial Analyst, GTM

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential SaaS organization in their search for a Senior Financial Analyst focused on go-to-market operations. This role sits at the intersection of data and finance, serving as the analytical engine behind sales, customer success, and marketing decisions. You'll partner directly with revenue-generating teams to forecast the business, model GTM efficiency, and turn data warehouse queries into insights that shape investment priorities.

The ideal candidate has lived in both worlds—a data or analytics role and a finance or FP&A role—and moves comfortably between a SQL query and a financial model. This is a role for someone who likes hard problems, is genuinely curious about how sales and customer success drive growth, and wants their analysis to shape real decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales, marketing, and customer success annual and long-term planning across revenue, staffing, and resourcing
• Work closely with sales, marketing, customer success, and analytics teams to align go-to-market spend and targets with the financial plan
• Build and maintain models for CAC, LTV, payback, and sales and customer success capacity and productivity
• Query the data warehouse directly using SQL to build datasets, validate numbers, and answer questions that mix financial and operational data
• Automate recurring GTM reporting to speed the path from data to decision
• Model ongoing investment decisions and recommend where go-to-market spend should be allocated

What We're Looking For

Required Experience:

• 4+ years spanning both a data or analytics role and a finance or FP&A role, ideally at a high-growth SaaS or technology company
• Hands-on experience with go-to-market or SaaS metrics: pipeline, bookings, ARR, CAC, LTV, payback, and sales efficiency
• Expert-level SQL skills, comfortable working directly in a data warehouse to build and validate datasets
• Advanced Excel proficiency and strong financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting capabilities
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Pay

Base salary: $110,000 - $140,000. Our client also offers equity compensation and comprehensive benefits. Specific details will be shared during the interview process.
