Sales Development Representative DACH (m/w/d)

We are representing a fast-growing cybersecurity scale-up organization in the DACH region. Our client is building cutting-edge solutions that address the human element in digital security, helping organizations protect themselves against evolving cyber threats. Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with key decision-makers in IT security and generate qualified leads through targeted email campaigns and social selling
• Conduct proactive outbound calling and nurture relationships with potential new customers
• Deploy creative, "out of the box" sales tactics to continuously build and expand your pipeline
• Present the SaaS platform via phone, online meetings, and at customer events
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to successfully convert prospects into customers
• Maintain structured, careful work practices even in high-pressure situations

What We're Looking For

• Experience in SMB or Corporate sales within the DACH market with a desire to further develop your expertise
• Strong communication skills and genuine enthusiasm for customer interaction in the DACH region
• Highly organized with the ability to maintain overview during busy periods
• Ambitious, motivated, and results-driven with a proactive approach
• Team player with interest in working with automation and AI-supported workflows
• Excellent German language skills (written and spoken) and good English proficiency
• Available to start as soon as possible
• Located in or willing to relocate to Cologne (hybrid work model available)
