About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential SaaS client in the property management technology space. They are building an AI-powered operating system that helps short-term rental operators automate their workflows, from reservations and guest communication to pricing, maintenance, and reporting.
This is a senior full-stack role where you'll work directly with founders and customers to solve real operational problems. You'll own features end-to-end—from understanding customer needs through design, development, deployment, and iteration based on actual usage.

Responsibilities
- Build customer-facing features, operational dashboards, automation engines, and AI-powered workflows across the full product lifecycle
- Work directly with property managers and internal teams to understand workflows, identify friction, and prioritize which problems to solve
- Own features from prototype through frontend, backend, integrations, testing, and production deployment
- Collaborate with designers to create intuitive interfaces that make complex operations easy to manage
- Build event-driven workflows that eliminate repetitive tasks—scheduling, guest communication, check-in automation, and financial reporting
- Develop AI-powered features using LLMs and agents to automate communication, triage requests, and support operational decisions
- Build and maintain integrations with booking platforms, payment processors, communication tools, and other ecosystem partners
- Use customer feedback, product analytics, and operational metrics to evaluate and improve what you ship
- Make technical decisions that balance speed, maintainability, security, and scalability as the platform grows
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Strong experience building and shipping production software across frontend and backend systems
- Proficiency with modern web technologies—React, TypeScript, Python, FastAPI, or similar frameworks
- Solid understanding of APIs, databases, integrations, and cloud architecture
- Product mindset with curiosity about user needs and the "why" behind features
- Good judgment around usability, scope, and technical trade-offs
- Ability to transform ambiguous problems into practical, working solutions
- Comfort working directly with customers, designers, and founders
- Strong ownership mentality and ability to work independently
- Interest in AI, automation, and operational efficiency
- Bias toward shipping, learning, and iterating quickly
Bonus experience with:
- Hospitality technology, property management systems, or multi-tenant SaaS platforms
- Marketplace businesses and booking channel integrations
- AI agents and workflow automation
- Product analytics and experimentation
- Event-driven architectures
- Supabase or AWS serverless infrastructure
