Werkstudent Marketing Projektmanagement (m|w|d) – ca. 10 Wochenstunden

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential consulting organization seeking a working student (Werkstudent) for marketing project management, approximately 10 hours per week in Hannover.

In this role, you will ensure marketing projects run smoothly by maintaining oversight of tasks, timelines, and deadlines. You'll coordinate between teams and help bring projects to completion in a structured, efficient manner. Your organizational work creates the foundation that enables quality marketing execution.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Supporting the planning, coordination, and management of marketing projects
• Maintaining project plans and task overviews using project management tools
• Coordinating and tracking tasks and deadlines across the team
• Supporting the marketing team with day-to-day operations and tactical assignments
• Assisting with optimization and automation of project and marketing processes

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks a currently enrolled student, ideally studying business administration, marketing, communications, project management, or a related field. The ideal candidate demonstrates:

• Strong organizational skills with a structured, independent, and reliable working style
• Good instinct for priorities and deadlines, even when managing multiple concurrent projects
• Communication skills and enjoyment of team collaboration
• Confident use of common office and collaboration tools; experience with project management software is advantageous
• Interest in marketing, digitalization, and AI
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
• Availability of approximately 10 hours per week (by arrangement)
