Our client is a profitable, remote-first organization that has grown to over 1,000 team members. They operate a marketplace platform in the healthcare staffing sector and are expanding rapidly. Responsibilities

Because you'll join where your strengths meet organizational priorities, no two associates have identical experiences. Examples of work you may own include:

• Redesigning processes for customer payment methods and cash conversion optimization
• Researching, vetting, and onboarding new technology vendors and tools
• Building internal predictive analytics models to identify trends and improve decision-making
• Leading quality initiatives for key customer accounts
• Managing teams within operations functions
• Working directly in workflows, handling customer interactions, resolving issues, and identifying process improvements
