About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing AI technology company serving the legal sector. Our client is building innovative solutions that help in-house legal teams work more efficiently and deliver faster support across their organizations. They're at an exciting growth stage, and every new customer they bring on deserves an exceptional experience from day one.

We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to join their Edinburgh team. This is a hands-on role where you'll be the daily champion for customers—getting them onboarded quickly, answering questions, managing support channels, and driving product adoption across their teams. It's an early-career position with real responsibility from week one, offering direct exposure to customers and a clear line of sight between your work and customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Onboard new customers through a structured enablement process, taking them from kick-off to confident, active product use
  • Provide first-line customer support—deliver friendly, fast responses and see every inquiry through to resolution
  • Manage the shared customer inbox end-to-end: triage, respond, route appropriately, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
  • Proactively drive product adoption by identifying dormant users and under-utilized features, running training sessions, and sharing best practices
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, feeding insights back to product and commercial teams to inform development and go-to-market strategies

What We're Looking For

  • 0–2 years of experience in customer success, support, account management, hospitality, or any customer-facing role; recent graduates are welcome
  • Hands-on approach with customers—you prefer to get on calls, create documentation, and solve problems directly rather than delegate
  • Commercial awareness—you understand that engaged customers renew and grow, and you connect your daily activities to those outcomes
  • Clear, warm communication skills in both writing and speaking, with the ability to simplify technical concepts
  • Strong organizational skills and reliability—capable of managing an inbox, training schedule, and follow-up list simultaneously
  • Genuine curiosity about AI and legal technology; no legal background required, but willingness to become a product expert

Location: Edinburgh, in-office role. The team works together in person to enable close collaboration across functions.
