Business Development Representative

About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing legal technology organization that has achieved significant traction with elite law firms and corporate legal departments globally. Our client is seeking a Business Development Representative to join their London team and play a direct role in pipeline generation for an AI-powered platform trusted by thousands of legal professionals.

This is a foundational GTM role with clear growth potential. You'll work closely with Account Executives and Marketing, own outbound prospecting with structured support, and gain early-career exposure to enterprise sales motion in one of the most demanding verticals.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute targeted outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and phone to generate qualified conversations with legal teams
• Conduct structured discovery calls to assess fit against ideal customer profile criteria
• Nurture inbound and outbound leads with clear follow-up and value-driven next steps
• Maintain accurate pipeline hygiene and activity logging in Salesforce
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align on campaigns, messaging, and handoffs to Account Executives
• Share market intelligence and prospect feedback to refine targeting and positioning
• Support event-based lead engagement before and after key marketing moments

What We're Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or similar outbound sales role; strong internship or campus sales experience also welcome
• Working knowledge of Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator; familiarity with Outreach or similar tools is a plus
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent outreach streams
• Curious, coachable, and quick to apply feedback in real time
• Resilient and goal-oriented; comfortable with rejection and persistent in moving opportunities forward
• Collaborative mindset with a team-first approach to shared pipeline goals
• Based in London and able to work five days per week in-office
