Praktikum als Social Media Manager (m/w/d), Vertical AI Startup

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential vertical AI startup in their search for a Social Media Manager Intern. In this role, you will own the company's presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn—from editorial planning through production to performance analysis.

You'll create short-form video content, including filming on-site with customers to capture authentic workflows that resonate with the target audience. You'll manage paid advertising campaigns, testing creative assets and audience segments to optimize budget allocation toward lead generation. Every piece of content you create will be measured against its ability to drive qualified inquiries, and you'll use these insights to inform future production decisions.

This is a hands-on position working directly with the founding team, offering genuine ownership and the opportunity to shape the role as the company scales.

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in communications, marketing, media, or a related field, ideally seeking a mandatory internship placement
• Demonstrated experience building social channels or creating content for organizations; confident in video shooting and editing
• Experience with paid social campaigns is highly desirable
• Native-level German proficiency is required, as all customer interactions are conducted in German
• Comfortable engaging directly with customers, building rapport with business owners, and helping them feel at ease on camera
• Structured thinker who can move quickly and thrives with autonomy rather than rigid frameworks
• Seeking ownership and creative freedom in a startup environment
