About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing content technology company seeking an experienced Sales Manager, EMEA based in London. Our client is a well-funded SaaS platform in the developer and content infrastructure space, serving enterprise customers across multiple verticals. They're scaling rapidly and need a sales leader who can build, coach, and run a high-performing team across European markets.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on execution, enjoys building process from the ground up, and knows how to drive predictable pipeline growth across diverse markets. You'll own new logo acquisition, develop Account Executives across multiple countries, and bring rigor to forecasting and outbound motion.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach a team of Account Executives across EMEA, setting clear expectations and delivering the support they need to succeed in diverse markets and time zones
  • Build and strengthen outbound sales motion across the region—prospecting strategies, pipeline development, and consistent deal progression from London to Munich to Stockholm
  • Maintain forecasting discipline by monitoring conversion metrics, pipeline coverage, and intervening early when numbers begin to shift
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Enablement teams to align on pipeline strategy, sharpen regional messaging, and equip the sales team with the right tools and resources
  • Surface customer and market insights from across EMEA to inform broader go-to-market strategy and leadership decision-making
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top sales talent across different countries and cultures

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5+ years managing Account Executives in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology, with direct experience selling or managing across multiple European markets
  • Proven track record recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing sales talent in a distributed, multi-country environment
  • Demonstrated success building structured outbound pipeline processes that drive repeatable results across regions
  • Strong forecasting discipline and a consistent history of hitting or exceeding quota
  • Comfort managing remote teams across multiple time zones and cultural contexts
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-expectation, evolving environments where you build the plane while flying it
  • Background in developer tools, content platforms, or product-led growth combined with enterprise sales is highly desirable
  • Fluent English required; additional European language (German, French, or similar) is a strong plus
  • Direct, execution-oriented leadership style with a focus on clarity, process, and team development over dashboard management
