Customer Enablement Specialist (12 month FTC)

Responsibilities

Our talent team is representing a confidential energy technology organization seeking a Customer Enablement Specialist for a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Paris. In this role, you will serve as the critical link between sophisticated platform capabilities and the end users who depend on them daily.

You will design and execute comprehensive training programs that empower clients and partners across French-speaking markets to master complex SaaS systems, including emerging AI-powered features. Your responsibilities include:

• Strategic training partnership: Conduct deep learning needs analysis with clients and internal stakeholders, understanding their operational challenges and designing tailored enablement solutions
• Programme management: Manage your training workstream with disciplined project and programme management practices—planning, sequencing, and tracking delivery within complex, multi-stakeholder environments using agile methodologies
• Content creation: Develop high-quality training materials in both French and English, including interactive workshops, e-learning modules, quick reference guides, and documentation for features still in development
• Delivery excellence: Facilitate engaging training sessions virtually and in-person, creating interactive learning environments that build genuine user confidence
• Adoption acceleration: Provide post-training coaching and support, monitor programme effectiveness through metrics and feedback, and continuously iterate to drive measurable platform adoption
• AI translation: Translate complex AI capabilities and technical products into accessible training content that's ready for deployment as soon as features go live

What We're Looking For

Essential qualifications:

• Bilingual fluency: High-standard fluency in both French and English with outstanding written and spoken communication skills, essential for executive-level stakeholder management across multiple countries
• SaaS training expertise: Proven track record designing and delivering operational or technical instructional training in SaaS or technology environments (not generalist L&D)
• Project management experience: Strong project and/or programme management background in complex, multi-stakeholder settings; agile delivery experience highly valued
• Operational background: Demonstrable experience working within operational environments—energy sector operations or contact centre settings especially valued—giving you first-hand understanding of the workflows your training must support
• AI capability: Demonstrable experience building, productionalizing, or delivering training on AI features during development phases, plus confidence using AI tools in your daily work
• Simplification skills: Natural ability to translate complex technical and business concepts into clear, engaging, practical learning materials
• Facilitation excellence: Confident, dynamic presenter capable of captivating diverse audiences and creating interactive learning experiences
• Collaboration: Proactive team player who builds strong relationships and identifies continuous improvement opportunities

Differentiators:

• Practical background in energy utility operations or decarbonization technologies beyond general operational experience
• Demonstrated track record scaling training programmes and building learning culture across international organizations

Location and eligibility: This role is based in Paris and requires existing right to work in the EU. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. Applications must be submitted in English. The working arrangement includes three days per week in the office.
