They're building an independent sales partner network across the UK and are looking for motivated individuals in Leeds who want to run their own sales operation with strong earning potential and structured support.

This is a self-employed contractor opportunity where you control your schedule, territory, and approach. You'll be introducing local businesses to an AI-powered platform that handles their marketing needs, earning commission on every conversion while building your own independent operation.

Responsibilities

• Identify and visit local businesses in your territory (salons, restaurants, gyms, coffee shops, professional services) to introduce them to the platform
• Conduct brief product demonstrations and explain value propositions to business owners
• Generate free trial signups and manage your own pipeline through to conversion
• Follow up with prospects to support trial-to-paid transitions
• Manage your own schedule, territory planning, and outreach strategy
• Invoice the client for your earnings as a self-employed contractor
• Meet weekly trial signup targets to qualify for guaranteed weekly draw

What We're Looking For

• Based in Leeds, England with the right to work in the United Kingdom
• Registered (or willing to register) as self-employed with HMRC (sole trader or limited company)
• Self-starter comfortable with independent work and managing your own diary
• Confident initiating conversations with business owners in person
• Entrepreneurial mindset focused on building your own business rather than clocking hours
• Smartphone with internet access and reliable transport or walkable territory with business density
• Sales, field marketing, or B2B experience helpful but not required
• Strong communication skills and resilience in managing your own pipeline

How We Work With You

When you apply through Get A Job.ai, our recruiting team will conduct an initial screening to understand your background and entrepreneurial goals. If there's a strong fit, we'll introduce you to our client for their evaluation process. Our client provides comprehensive onboarding resources including demo scripts, objection-handling guides, territory mapping tools, and ongoing support. You'll have clear progression opportunities from Territory Partner through City Captain, State Director, Regional Director, and Country Manager levels with increasing commission rates and team-building potential.

Compensation Structure

Guaranteed Weekly Draw: £500 per week guaranteed minimum when hitting trial targets (3 signups weekly for weeks 1-4, then 4 signups weekly from week 5 onward). In weeks where commission exceeds £500, you receive full commission instead. This draw is ongoing, not limited to initial months.

Commission: £250–£350 per closed account (tier-dependent) with uncapped earnings potential.

Earning Potential: Top performers in this model earn £4,000–£8,000+ per month.

This is a self-employed contractor arrangement. You will invoice for your earnings and manage your own tax obligations.
