Territory Sales Partner

Responsibilities

We are representing a fast-growing AI marketing technology company in their search for independent Territory Sales Partners across Nottingham and surrounding areas. In this self-employed partnership role, you will:

• Identify and approach local businesses (salons, restaurants, gyms, coffee shops, dental practices, and similar establishments) who could benefit from automated marketing solutions
• Conduct face-to-face conversations and product demonstrations using your smartphone
• Offer prospective clients a risk-free trial period and manage follow-up conversations
• Build and manage your own sales pipeline within your chosen territory
• Set your own schedule and determine your own working approach
• Maintain weekly trial signup targets to qualify for guaranteed draw payments
• Invoice the client company for your earnings as a self-employed contractor

What We're Looking For

• UK-based with the right to work in the United Kingdom
• Registered or willing to register as self-employed with HMRC (sole trader or limited company structure)
• Comfortable initiating conversations with business owners in person
• Self-motivated individuals who thrive without direct supervision
• Entrepreneurial mindset with desire to build your own operation
• Smartphone with internet access for demonstrations
• Reliable transport or access to a territory with high business density
• Sales, field marketing, or B2B experience helpful but not required
• No degree required—strong interpersonal skills and work ethic are what matter

This is a self-employed contractor partnership with significant earning potential for those who put in the effort. The client provides product training, demo scripts, objection-handling resources, and territory mapping tools to support your success.

Pay

This role offers a unique compensation structure designed to support partners while building their pipeline:

• Guaranteed weekly draw of £500 for partners meeting trial signup targets (3 signups per week for weeks 1-4; 4 signups per week from week 5 onward)
• Commission of £250–£350 per closed account, tier-dependent
• Uncapped earnings potential—top performers earn £4,000–£8,000+ per month
• In weeks where commissions exceed £500, you receive full commission instead of the draw
• The draw continues as long as targets are met—it's your floor, not your ceiling
