GTM – Intern (Sales)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a well-funded construction technology firm that is transforming how one of Europe's largest industries operates. Our client has secured significant venture backing and is experiencing rapid growth across the DACH region. They are seeking a GTM Sales Intern to join their commercial team in Munich and help scale their B2B sales efforts.

This is an in-person role requiring office presence at least 4 days per week in Munich.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and nurture relationships with B2B prospects in the construction sector through proactive outreach to generate interest and schedule discovery calls
• Utilize multiple channels including LinkedIn, email, and phone to identify potential customers, build outreach campaigns, and create engagement with key decision-makers
• Support go-to-market initiatives by researching new customer segments, analyzing target markets, and helping to refine sales strategy
• Collaborate with the commercial team to track results, improve CRM data quality, and optimize lead generation processes
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and digitalization initiatives within the construction space

What We're Looking For

• Passion for B2B software sales and a strong interest in startups, SaaS, and digital transformation
• Proactive and curious mindset, eager to learn how go-to-market and sales strategies work in fast-scaling companies
• Analytical and structured working style, combined with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills in German (C2 level required) and English – you enjoy connecting with people and explaining complex topics simply
• Team-oriented attitude with motivation to take ownership and contribute to a growing organization
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot or Pipedrive), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Clay is a plus but not required
