We are representing a confidential adtech client seeking a talented Working Student - Graphic Designer to join their marketing team in Hamburg. Our client is at the forefront of mobile advertising innovation, operating globally with a sophisticated technology platform that reaches hundreds of millions of users.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a design student to gain hands-on experience transforming complex technical concepts into compelling visual stories. You'll work alongside senior designers creating materials that support sales initiatives and strengthen brand presence across the mobile advertising industry.

Responsibilities

• Execute visual assets, templates, and sales enablement materials using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite based on briefs from senior designers
• Transform product concepts, user flows, and technical ideas into clear, professional design deliverables
• Refine designs through iterative feedback cycles, maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints
• Research competitor designs and industry trends to bring fresh creative ideas to the team
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams, communicating proactively to align on project goals
• Manage multiple concurrent design requests while meeting project deadlines
• Build and maintain visual brand identity elements that support the company's market positioning

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled as a student with flexibility to work part-time during the semester
• Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear visual communications
• Portfolio demonstrating clean execution and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
• Receptive to constructive feedback and eager to iterate on designs
• Organized approach to managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Curiosity about adtech, SaaS, or B2B marketing design
• Proactive learner who stays current with design trends and best practices
• Based in or able to work from Hamburg
