About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential AI technology company seeking a senior creative professional to serve as their creative lead on the ground with major brands and agencies across Germany. This is a foundational role where you'll turn cutting-edge generative video capabilities into production workflows that leading creators actually adopt.

You'll sit at the intersection of technology and craft, working directly with top-tier brands and creative agencies while producing high-quality work yourself. This isn't about following an established playbook—you'll be defining how partner engagement works in the region from the ground up. The role fits a senior creative who's comfortable shaping strategy as they go and consulting directly with C-suite partners.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with leading brands and creative agencies as their creative and strategic guide to generative AI implementation
• Design and prototype AI-accelerated production workflows that help partners increase efficiency and elevate their storytelling capabilities
• Create hands-on, high-craft content using generative video tools that sets quality standards and becomes inspirational case studies
• Consult with partner leadership, translating technical capabilities into concrete creative and business opportunities
• Serve as an on-the-ground extension of Product, Partnership, and Sales teams, bringing real-world insights back to inform the product roadmap
• Establish the tone and playbook for how the creative function engages partners throughout the region
• Build and validate AI-accelerated workflows with partners and turn successful approaches into repeatable frameworks

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Senior client-facing creative experience in roles such as Creative Director, Creative Technologist, or Technical Director at a top agency, studio, or technology company
• Outstanding portfolio of shipped, high-craft work demonstrating taste, technical skill, and storytelling ability (portfolio submission required)
• Deep expertise in creative production pipelines including VFX, animation, motion graphics, or production, with experience designing new workflows using generative AI
• Proven track record of building new initiatives in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with ability to serve as strategic consultant to senior creative and business leaders
• Genuine enthusiasm for the creative potential of AI technologies
• Based in or willing to relocate to Munich, Germany

Preferred qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with generative AI creative tools such as video generation platforms, image synthesis tools, or other emerging AI creative software
• Public profile as a creator or thought leader in emerging technology or generative art
• Experience at innovative creative agencies or in-house technology/brand creative labs
