Partner Success Manager (w/m/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential fintech organization seeking a Partner Success Manager to drive partner activation and long-term success. In this role, you will:

• Manage your own portfolio of installation partners, ensuring they actively and successfully use our client's financial solutions
• Guide new partners through structured onboarding processes to enable a smooth, efficient start
• Monitor and own the performance of your partner portfolio against defined KPIs
• Proactively identify where usage, activation, or conversion rates fall short and implement targeted improvement measures
• Detect inactive or at-risk partners early and work to re-engage them successfully
• Analyze installation and completion data, translating findings into actionable insights for cross-functional teams
• Serve as the primary point of contact for operational questions from installers, their sales teams, and end customers
• Process support requests quickly and systematically, ensuring reliable day-to-day service
• Prioritize and escalate complex cases appropriately, collaborating with internal teams on sustainable solutions
• Build and expand the knowledge base by creating support articles, FAQs, and onboarding materials
• Document recurring challenges from the partner ecosystem and identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and collaboration
• Channel structured market feedback into product development and internal workflow optimization
• Help establish a scalable partner success framework with clear standards, strong documentation, and high process quality

What We're Looking For

• Relevant experience in Customer Success, B2B support, Account Management, Operations, or a comparable field
• Clear, dependable, and empathetic communication skills for both partner-facing and internal interactions
• Structured, solution-oriented working style with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Enthusiasm for taking ownership and actively shaping processes rather than just executing them
• Proficiency with digital tools such as chat and ticketing systems
• German language skills at C1 level
• Fluent professional English communication
