Responsibilities

• Continuously expand your customer base by building and nurturing a professional network
• Convert qualified leads into successful contracts through skilled sales conversations
• Participate in regular feedback sessions with leadership to optimize your sales performance
• Collaborate with a highly motivated sales team to drive company growth

What We're Looking For

• Several years of experience in selling complex solutions, ideally in field sales
• Friendly, open, and strong communication skills with a team-player mentality
• Results-oriented and solution-focused mindset with a positive presence
• Strong drive for personal development and career advancement
• Proactive self-motivation and enthusiasm for achieving sales targets
• Valid Class B driver's license
• Fluent German language skills (verbal and written)
