Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential e-commerce client in Berlin seeking a B2B Marketing Working Student to support performance marketing and communications initiatives. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience with real campaigns and day-to-day marketing operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting paid campaigns on Google and LinkedIn, ensuring smooth execution and delivery
- Monitoring campaign performance metrics and preparing straightforward performance reports
- Creating and updating B2B content across LinkedIn, email newsletters, and corporate website channels
- Conducting competitor research, tracking market trends, and identifying relevant B2B topics
- Assisting with ongoing marketing activities that blend performance data with clear communication
What We're Looking For
Must-have qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in marketing, business, communications, media, or a related degree program
- Comfortable working with numbers and analyzing data
- Strong German and English language skills
- Ability to take ownership of tasks and drive topics forward independently
- Intrinsic motivation and proactive approach to work
Nice-to-have experience:
- Previous marketing internship or project experience
- Basic familiarity with paid social platforms, analytics tools, CRM systems, or design tools like Canva
