Growth Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential education technology client in Munich who is building the next generation of online learning discovery. They are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to join their team of approximately 20 professionals. This role offers substantial autonomy and direct impact in a fast-moving environment with an experienced leadership team.

Location: Munich (preferred) or remote within Germany

Responsibilities

Your work will center on three core areas:

• AI-Based Lead Qualification: Analyze user interactions, identify patterns, and collaborate with Product and Tech teams to improve prompts, qualification logic, and user journeys. You'll optimize lead quality and conversion funnels using AI-supported qualification methods.
• SEO, Content & Generative Engine Optimization: Identify technical and content opportunities for organic growth. Develop scalable content and landing page strategies, deploying AI where it improves quality and speed. GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) is a key focus area.
• Performance Marketing: Share responsibility for paid campaigns managed with a specialized agency. Set goals and KPIs, integrate lead quality data into campaign management, and monitor keywords, landing pages, and conversions. Over time, explore additional paid channels including social.

As you grow into the role, you'll take on conversion optimization, lifecycle management in HubSpot, paid social campaigns, and AI-based automation and agentic workflows.

What We're Looking For

Our client values how you think, learn, and drive results over years of experience or a perfect resume match.

• Practical experience in growth, performance, or digital marketing with hands-on work in at least one core area: SEO, paid search, CRO, or marketing automation
• Daily use of LLMs and genuine interest in prompts, APIs, and automation—even if you're not a developer yourself
• Analytical mindset with solid understanding of funnels, tracking, and performance KPIs
• Comfortable collaborating closely with Product and Tech teams
• Technically curious and already working with AI tools in your day-to-day work
• Fast learner who works independently and takes ownership of outcomes
• Focus on user interests and a desire to understand what happens after the click

Nice to have (but not required): Experience with Claude (Code), ChatGPT, Gemini, Google Ads, HubSpot, GA4, Search Console, Meta Ads, Looker Studio, SQL, n8n/Make, or comparable tools.

Language: German language skills required for this position.
