Werkstudent*in Finance (w/d/m)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential mobility innovation company seeking a working student to support their finance operations in Aachen. In this role, you will:

• Provide administrative support for research project finances, including preparation of payment requests and assistance with annual interim financial statements
• Support the development and optimization of existing processes within the research finance area
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports for management
• Maintain and enhance process documentation in financial accounting
• Support additional finance department activities as needed

What We're Looking For

Our client requires candidates who have:

• Active enrollment in a university program focused on Business Administration, Economics, or Finance
• Strong proficiency with MS Office applications, particularly Excel
• Excellent communication skills and team-oriented mindset
• High degree of independence, initiative, and self-motivation
• Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, forward-thinking environment
• Comfort working beyond your comfort zone and continuously developing your skills
