Werkstudent im Bereich Akademie (m/w/d) bis zu 20 Stunden pro Woche ab sofort

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential sustainability organization in Stuttgart seeking a working student (Werkstudent) for their education and training division. In this role, you will support our client's professional development platform with up to 20 hours per week.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and supporting events in various formats (in-person, digital, and on-demand)
• Assisting in the design and quality assurance of training materials including presentations, written content, and video content
• Coordinating with trainers regarding course content and delivery
• Managing and processing data for certification experts through the CRM system
• Supporting the selection and preparation of event venues
• Assisting with examination administration and follow-up through university partnerships
• Helping with customer inquiries and consultation
• Depending on your strengths, you may focus on specific areas within these responsibilities

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Currently enrolled student in adult education, sustainability management, media education, business administration, architecture, civil engineering, or a comparable field
• Motivation to work directly with customers and trainers
• Interest in continuing education and professional development programs related to sustainable building and property management
• Proficiency with standard Office programs
• Willingness to learn CRM software, examination platforms, and MS Office tools (Forms, Planner)
• Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and subject matter
• Strong organizational skills, reliability, and ability to work independently
• German language proficiency required for this role

Preferred:

• Previous practical experience in event management or adult education
• Existing familiarity with CRM systems or project management tools
