About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential SaaS organization that is transforming how businesses connect with customers through voice communication. Our client operates in the trusted communications space, working with major telecom providers across Europe to help enterprises improve customer engagement and answer rates.
This Account Executive role is based in Munich and focuses on driving new business growth in the German market. You'll own the full sales cycle and work in a high-impact position within a fast-growing international company.
Responsibilities
- Own and close new business opportunities in the German market
- Build and manage sales pipeline in partnership with SDRs and marketing teams
- Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, and tailored solution presentations
- Engage senior stakeholders across sales, operations, and customer experience functions
- Consistently achieve and exceed annual recurring revenue targets
- Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM discipline using Salesforce
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success and Product teams
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales with full-cycle ownership
- Strong track record of closing new business and meeting revenue targets
- Comfortable operating in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
- Structured, disciplined approach to pipeline management and forecasting
- Fluent in both German and English
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings
Location: Munich, Germany (Hybrid - 3 days per week in office)
Employment Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week
