About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential AI technology company that is transforming how leading organizations serve their customers globally. Our client is expanding their presence across EMEA and seeks their first dedicated brand designer in the region. This role offers the unique opportunity to establish foundational brand presence across diverse markets while collaborating with a world-class creative team.

This is an in-person position based in London, working closely with regional marketing leadership and the core brand design team across multiple time zones.

Responsibilities

• Establish and evolve the brand presence across EMEA markets as the region's first dedicated brand designer
• Localize global campaigns and content for EMEA audiences, ensuring cultural relevance, linguistic accuracy, and regional nuance across all brand touchpoints
• Collaborate with localization teams to translate presentation and campaign materials when needed
• Design and produce high-impact presentations supporting go-to-market initiatives, translating complex concepts into clear visual narratives for internal and external audiences
• Support regional marketing events from concept through execution, including event collateral, signage, environmental design, and physical brand touchpoints
• Partner with regional marketing leads to understand local market needs and translate them into on-brand design solutions
• Serve as a core member of the brand design team, collaborating across time zones to maintain unified creative vision while advocating for regional relevance
• Build and maintain brand systems including templates, guidelines, libraries, and tools that enable teams to move efficiently while staying on-brand
• Collaborate with external partners, multidisciplinary creatives, and internal stakeholders across marketing, engineering, and product
• Deliver and solicit feedback to continuously elevate brand quality and craftsmanship, maintaining strong attention to detail

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of experience driving brand development and creative design for global B2B, B2C, or SaaS products
• Portfolio demonstrating strategic, conceptual, and design excellence — including work created for EMEA and multicultural audiences
• Demonstrated experience localizing campaigns and content for EMEA markets with strong understanding of cultural nuances and regional trends
• Pioneer mentality with comfort working in ambiguous environments and building from scratch without established playbooks
• Proven ability to design polished, story-driven presentations for executive and go-to-market audiences
• Strong proficiency in Google Slides and Keynote for presentation design
• High craftsmanship in brand building and design execution with detail-oriented approach from concept through delivery
• Excellent collaboration skills with ability to craft clear narratives and align globally distributed teams across time zones
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions to diverse stakeholders
• Self-starter and strategic thinker who aligns design decisions with business goals
• Proficiency with broad spectrum of design tools including Adobe Creative Suite and Figma for design, video, photography, illustration, typography, data visualization, and motion graphics
• Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced environments, handle multiple priorities, and work effectively across time zones

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: £135,000 – £165,000 plus equity participation
