Manager, Revenue Strategy & Operations, UK & Europe

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential fintech organization in their search for a Manager of Revenue Strategy & Operations to support their UK and Europe commercial growth. This London-based role sits at the intersection of strategic operations and hands-on execution, building the commercial infrastructure that enables sustainable regional expansion.

You will serve as the on-the-ground revenue operations partner for fast-growing markets including the UK, Ireland, and Eastern Europe. This position requires someone who can both architect scalable commercial systems and roll up their sleeves to drive immediate results alongside sales and marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the operational backbone for regional commercial teams, including performance tracking, territory planning, and AI-enabled tooling
• Act as strategic thought partner to commercial leadership, providing weekly performance analysis, forecasting support, and quarterly business review facilitation
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, Compliance, and Legal stakeholders both regionally and globally
• Drive implementation of AI-driven automation to streamline commercial workflows and reporting processes
• Identify high-impact growth priorities and develop the commercial infrastructure to deliver against them
• Support local market strategy development to ensure both immediate performance and long-term sustainable growth

What We're Looking For

Experience & Background:

• 3-5 years of professional experience, ideally combining top-tier strategy consulting and/or high-growth startup environments
• Demonstrated focus on commercial strategy and operations in previous roles
• Outstanding academic credentials
• Experience in fintech, financial services, or technology sectors is highly advantageous, particularly with complex cross-functional commercial operations and scaling go-to-market processes
• Ability to speak, read, and write in Polish is a plus but not required

Skills & Qualities:

• Strong operational rigour with experience owning end-to-end processes and building scalable systems
• Advanced analytical capabilities including data modelling and proficiency with data reporting tools
• Ability to simplify complex problems and communicate strategic insights clearly
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentation abilities
• Success-oriented mindset with bias for action and accountability for tangible outcomes
• Collaborative approach with proven ability to influence without authority and build trust with senior stakeholders
• Team-first mentality with intellectual honesty and focus on collective success
• Detail-oriented with strong attention to data quality and hygiene
