Mietverwalter (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential property management organization in Berlin seeking a Property Manager (m/f/d). In this role, you will:

• Independently manage residential properties as part of a dedicated property-focused administration team
• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, property owners, and service providers, handling all correspondence and maintaining master data
• Process incoming maintenance requests and coordinate repairs, renovations, and construction work alongside the technical team
• Collaborate closely with the accounting team on monthly property statements and operating cost settlements
• Conduct property inspections as needed to assess conditions on-site

What We're Looking For

Our talent team is seeking candidates with:

• Completed vocational training as Immobilienkaufmann/-frau (Real Estate Clerk) or several years of professional experience in property management
• Strong knowledge of German rental law (Mietrecht)
• Team spirit, initiative, and high customer service orientation
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Excellent German language skills at minimum C1 level in both written and spoken communication
